Low Fly Area 7 (LFA 7) is the Welsh part of the UK Low Fly System (UKLFS) where the RAF, Royal Navy, Army Air Corp and USAF Europe practice flying at low level.

Fast jets fly down to 250 ft and up to a maximum speed of 550 knots (633 mph).
